First Friday Gallery Walk

My wife and her dad use the Gallery Walk as a father-daughter date night, and leave me to my own devices (usually working at KW). Myriah's dad was a drama major and disk-jockey in the 70's and he seems to believe "his people" come out to the Gallery Walk. He loves to people watch and view some of the local artwork and photographs. He commented that the next time they go, he will not eat dinner beforhand, as many galleries put out light and even some heavy appetizers for the gallery-goers to enjoy. There is live music, art openings, and wine tasting, and there are non-alcoholic beverages for those of us who don't drink."Over 75 artists in more than 20 galleries participate, all within walking distance.
